#YourCouncil is asking the people of Offaly to Make Way for people with disabilities in the public spaces we all share.

Join us for Make Way Day on 29 May 2026, organised by the Disability Federation of Ireland (DFI), to raise awareness and help improve access in our towns and cities for everyone.

Simple actions can make a big difference. Please keep footpaths clear of obstacles such as parked cars or vans, wheelie bins, kegs, sandwich boards, overgrown hedges, and bikes tied to lampposts or railings.

Let’s work together to make Offaly more accessible for all.
