Each week Tullamore Tidy Towns volunteers meet to complete tasks included in our annual Tidy Tullamore programme which has been developed in collaboration with the Tullamore Municipal District / Offaly County Council.

Tasks include:

• Litter picking (approach roads, town centre, long pick canal banks)
• Planting (pollinator-friendly / bulbs)
• Weeding (planters / roadside kerbs)
• Sweeping (focus on cigarette butts)
• Tree maintenance (prune, check stakes & ties)
• Graffiti  (removal, treat with anti -graffiti paint)
• Watering (planters / trees)
• Power hosing (bins, seats and planters)
• Bed maintenance (green spaces, approach roads, roundabouts)
